Here's my tile for the Zentangle Challenge #72. Information about the challenge is found here: http://iamthedivaczt.blogspot.com/2012/05/weekly-challenge-72.html
Update: OK, just had a minute to check out the other 39 entries before mine! Wish I had time to comment on everyone's artwork each week. So fantastic and all different. It's amazing to see how different one pattern can be represented. Really loved the use of color this week too that several have used! I'm inspired to practice some more.
Thanks for visiting,
rebecca
Your string gives life to the crescent moon that followed!
ReplyDeleteRebecca, your variants of crescent moon are good, your strokes are firm. A bit of shading would further add life to your creation.
ReplyDeleteI like how you filled the bottom of the tile but left open space on top. It has a nice feel.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you, I love seeing what everyone does. Everyone doing the same thing, but so differently. So much creativity!
Very nice Rebecca - I like that I can see the string and the crescents that bloom from the center of it. Simple clean lines - very strong image.
ReplyDeleteA crescent explosion! You have done a beautiful job on this tile.
ReplyDeletebeautiful! i love how it's sectioned out!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a soft interpretation of Crescent Moon. Lovely. Diana Hirsch
ReplyDeleteI love the way they come toghether in teh middle.
